U13’s capture Rose Cup Shield

Huge congratulations to our mighty U13 team on winning the Rose Cup Shield in Tralee last Saturday. The team beat Laune Rangers, Abbeylogue and Strand Road in the group stages before defeating Austin Stacks in the Semi-Final. Eire Og were the opposition in the Final and the lads put in a great display to win the competition. Well done to all involved!

A good win for the B team down west puts them in a good position on top of Group 4. The lads are away to Dingle next which takes place this coming Friday.

Co. Senior League Div 2 – Round 7
Kilcummin 3-14  Listowel Emmets 2-02

With so many players missing this was always going to be a tough ask for Emmets against the Intermediate champions on their own patch but our lads went in at half-time two points to the good thanks to a Noel Kennelly penalty and a good finish from Joe Joe Grimes after some excellent work by David Keane and Tom McCarthy.
